Senior Client Engagement Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new client accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding activities, and fostering strong working connections.
Key responsibilities include following up with candidates and agencies to expedite background verification processes, as well as attending client calls to address audits and background check requirements. Additionally, this role requires managing various tasks related to background verification and facilitating communication between clients and stakeholders.
To excel in this position, applicants should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, or Background Verification are preferred.
