Campaign Manager Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering multi-channel campaigns, enhancing audience engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, and In-App channels.
  • Create data-driven insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts.
  • Leverage expertise in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) for end-to-end campaign workflows, including setting up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with optimized audience targeting rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) execution and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, focusing on deliverability, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for segmentation, audience building, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration across Email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail.
Nice to Have:
  • A working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting email templates and optimizing campaign performance.
