Drive Marketing Success as a Strategic Campaign Leader

Rus Education is a leading provider of overseas education, helping students pursue careers in medicine with over 30 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign resources and timelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Handle the entire campaign lifecycle – from ideation to reporting.
  • Oversight of digital marketing activities including social media, email, paid ads, SEO, and influencer outreach.
  • Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
  • Present campaign performance reports to management.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
