Junior Art Director Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Junior Art Director to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and designing creative campaigns across various platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent conceptualization and visualization skills, with the ability to develop innovative ideas that align with brand objectives.
  • They will collaborate with copywriters, visualizers, and client servicing teams to create compelling concepts.
  • The Junior Art Director will be responsible for translating client briefs into visually strong ideas that meet brand requirements.
  • Supervising and guiding designers/visualizers in executing creative work is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Ensuring design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables is crucial.
  • Staying updated on design and advertising trends to bring fresh perspectives to projects is essential.
  • Presenting creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and clients is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in advertising/design with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Team collaboration and ownership of ideas.
