Aventis Solutions is igniting the AI revolution. We are hiring 3x Delivery Managers to lead programme execution and ensure world-class delivery of AI solutions.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact

Role Overview:

Lead experienced delivery leaders or programme managers with a background in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes who want to be part of building something world-class in India's fastest-growing tech ecosystem.
