This is a Senior Project Architect position with a leading architecture and design firm, ranked among the world's top 100 international firms.

The role offers the opportunity to drive and manage the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects in India and collaborate closely with global colleagues.

  • Act as our client's architectural lead on projects maintaining day-to-day client project contact.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of our client's technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration.
  • Lead the design team and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes.
  • Undertake the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of the project design programme.

The successful candidate will be part of the founding core team of our studio, driving and managing the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8-12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
