Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced expert in the field of CPU Architecture and Logic Design to lead our team's efforts in micro architecture, design, and development of high-bandwidth, low-latency on-chip interconnects (NoC) and chip-to-chip interconnects.

  • Design and architect different interconnect topologies driven by bandwidth, latency, and RAS requirements, taking into account the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Develop features and propose architectures for discussion with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Verification, DFT, Physical design, FW, SW teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the sign-off of pre-silicon designs that meet all functional, area, and timing goals.
  • Participate in silicon bring-up and validation of hardware to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in processor interconnect design delivery.
  • Proven leadership experience in delivering successful projects, such as UPI, Axi, AMBA, or NoC.
  • Expertise in SMP coherency, snoop protocols, and data network protocols.
  • Deep understanding of latency and bandwidth requirements, including effective implementation strategies.
  • Working knowledge of queuing theory, numa/nuca architecture, and HDLs like VHDL and Verilog.
  • Experience working with verification, validation, and physical design teams for design closure, test plan reviews, and verification coverage.
  • Familiarity with Physical Design and collaboration with physical design teams for floor planning, wire layer usage, and budgets.
