**Senior Observability Architect** Are you an experienced architect with a deep understanding of large-scale observability systems? Do you have a passion for designing and building resilient cloud environments? We're looking for a skilled Senior Observability Architect to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for: * Designing and optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalable, fault-tolerant systems* * Automating deployment and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub Actions* * Ensuring reliability and performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues* * Enhancing security and compliance by implementing best practices across DevOps workflows* * Collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive automation and efficiency* * Managing and scaling large ELK clusters handling high log volumes, ensuring high availability and performance* * Optimizing ELK architecture by implementing efficient index lifecycle policies, shard strategies, and hot-warm-cold tiered storage* * Building and tuning log pipelines: scaling Logstash and Beats pipelines across distributed environments* * Supporting Kibana observability layers: creating dashboards, visualizations, and custom alerting frameworks* **Requirements:** * 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering* * 4+ years of dedicated hands-on experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)* * Strong experience managing large-scale ELK clusters in production with heavy ingestion* * Deep knowledge of index tuning, shard allocation, ILM policies, and scaling ELK components* * Expertise in GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting* * Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures* * Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor* **Education:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field* **Certifications (Nice to Have):** * Microsoft Azure certifications: AZ-104, AZ-400
