Job Title: Lead AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a senior AI developer to spearhead cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other AI researchers to design and develop innovative AI solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead experiments with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and growth.
  • Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience in ML model development and deployment.
  • Experience working with training and fine-tuning Large Language Models is a plus.
  • Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or other relevant programming languages.
