Zyla Health, India's highest-rated personalized care management platform, is seeking a talented Customer Support Operations Manager to lead our customer support team. Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned customer support professional with 4+ years of experience in managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10 customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring timely issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and refine processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for team members.
- Manage complex customer escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in customer support, preferably in a leadership position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in support tools like Zoho, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
