Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR leader to join our organisation and drive the development of our people strategy. The successful candidate will lead the transformation and embedding of our culture, championing our values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective employment policies, advising on best practices and workforce development, ensuring compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, increasing knowledge and ensuring relevant standards are met.
  • Manage core areas including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and HR systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement, focusing on engagement & welfare activities, maximising productivity and devolving HR responsibilities to line managers.
  • Leverage expertise to transform and strengthen organisational culture, ensuring company values and approach are displayed.
  • Develop and implement a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion, aligning with business strategy and commitments.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in an HR role
  • Create and execute a people strategy that drives commercial success
  • Strong commercial acumen and metrics-driven performance
  • Proactive attitude and integrity-led leadership
  • Superior interpersonal skills and positive manner
  • Avg work ethic and innovative mindset
  • Experience managing skilled teams and making rational decisions
  • In-depth Employment Law knowledge
  • Methodical attention to detail and time management
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills
