Senior Manager

Fulfilling the role of a primary HR partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing People Practices & Policy Implementation:

Develop and implement corporate HR policies, create site-specific HR procedures, and ensure compliance with group standards and local labor laws.

  • Employee Life-Cycle Management:

Manage the entire employee life cycle, facilitate new hire onboarding, and lead talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as an employee champion, address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:

Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies and provide support in all site-specific audits from Human Resources.

  • Change Management:

Support leadership in managing organizational change, develop communication strategies between management and employees, and adapt to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR), with 15 to 20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
