Key HR Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to contribute to our organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement HR Strategies: Develop, implement, and oversee the execution of comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational needs, foster a positive work culture, and drive employee engagement.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Design and execute effective recruitment strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster strong employee relations by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
  • Performance Management and Development: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that support employee retention and well-being.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies to minimize organizational risk.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
