Job Opportunity:

MUFG Global Service Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to oversee contractors who are part of the CIAM and SIEM & SOAR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee offshore contractors, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess offshore contractor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure offshore team is adequately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and quality of work meets MUFG's standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on offshore team performance and progress to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all offshore operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for offshore contractors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • SIEM & SOAR – Elastic or Splunk or Cribl, Torq – either of them (3 yrs).
  • Ai & ML.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team, experience handling a team size of 5-10.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field.
