Lead Fundraising Strategist:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fundraising expert to lead our comprehensive fundraising strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of securing significant funding from CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors, and will be able to leverage their expertise to build lasting relationships with funders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a 2-3 year strategic plan that aligns with our growth goals and ensures timely, transparent reporting on progress and impact.
  • Own annual fundraising targets, set operational KPIs, and ensure timely reporting on progress and impact.
  • Drive the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and relationship management.
  • Mobilize an extended network of donors, champions, and sector allies to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion.
  • Represent us at high-visibility sector forums, donor convenings, and collaborative platforms to expand reach and reputation.
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Proven track record of securing significant funding from CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors.
  • Strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to intuit what funders value.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
