Strategic Commercial Leadership Opportunity

Join us as a Strategic Commercial Business Leader and be responsible for driving the growth of our commercial business in the Bangalore region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region.
  • Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Build a strong presence in local industry forums and networks.
  • Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage P&L for the Bangalore region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the Bangalore region.
  • Provide mentorship, set performance KPIs, and drive a culture of accountability and growth.

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
