Job Description:

Sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future require a deep understanding of transport at its core.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define CAB Climate functions in collaboration with Thermal Cooling and Heating Engineers
  • Establish performance targets for individual components developed by component owners
  • Interact with simulation analysts to analyze cooling & heating system performance virtually
  • Verify Heating system test outcomes and recommend necessary actions to meet set requirements
  • Ensure vehicle legal and certification requirements from heating & cooling systems
  • Lead and own System FMEA for heating & cooling systems, guiding DFMEAs by component owners and engineers
  • Responsible for securing heating and cooling system and End User Function requirements like cab heating function
  • Accountable for QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost & Feature) of your system

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Thermal/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or similar with over 10 years of experience
  • Experience in Thermal Management system engineering CAB Climate
  • In-depth knowledge of product development life cycles and change management activities required for this role
  • Developing robust time plans and roadmaps for the system according to project milestones and validating designs through virtual and physical verifications
  • Solid hands-on experience in developing and testing cooling, heating systems and solutions
