Job Title: SAP SD Specialist – Remote Opportunity

Job Type: Contract (Hourly)

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP Sales and Distribution module.
  • Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, and Credit/Debit Management are core areas of expertise required.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong knowledge in configuration and support. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing configuration and support of SAP SD module, including:

  • Order-to-Cash process management
  • Pricing procedure implementation
  • Shipping and delivery processing
  • Billing processes
  • Credit and debit memo processing
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests in the SAP SD domain.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support integration points with MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM modules.
  • Work with IDocs, EDI, and ALE interfaces to support business processes and data exchange.
  • Participation in business requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Delivery of quality documentation, process flows, and user training as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
  • Proven experience in Order Management, Pricing strategies and configuration, Shipping and transportation processes, Billing and invoicing, and Credit and debit memo management.
  • Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, and WM.
  • Working knowledge of IDocs, EDI, and ALE.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
