SAP FICO Manager

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead and manage a team of professionals in a moderate-sized group with moderate complexity.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support the SAP FICO module, including financial accounting, controlling, and product costing.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry clients and good knowledge of integrating with other modules SD, MM, PP is required.
  • Preparation of functional specifications and customized reports is expected.
  • Manage subordinate managers, professionals, and keep them motivated.
  • Provide inputs to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • Think out of the box solutions and not restricted to SAP environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 7-10 years of overall experience out of which minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
  • At least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation experience in FICO module.
  • Good functional knowledge of FI (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reco).
  • Good knowledge in integrating with other module – SD, MM, PP.
