Job Title: Global Process Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Process Manager to oversee the accuracy and completeness of our monthly tax reports and related financial processes. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing tax return processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Tax Report Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly tax reports before submission to the relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate regularly with the finance team, external auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
  • Perform internal checks such as Month-over-Month (MoM) comparisons and reasonableness assessments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or anomalies in reports, incorporating new learnings into the process.
  • Review drafts of tax returns prepared by external auditors in accordance with their calendar.
  • Provide feedback to ensure all tax returns are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of relevant professional experience with main focus on accounting operations/Shared Service Centre in a multinational dynamic environment and ability to deliver results.
  • Accounting, analyzing information, attention to details, deadline-oriented, thoroughness in deliverables, spirit to work as a team with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding in US SOX Compliance requirements with practical experiences.
  • Strong domain expertise - knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and other revenue recognition principles.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Passion for process improvement and automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
