Technical Business Analyst II

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a passion for financial systems, process optimization, and technology. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, global finance environment.

You will play a key role in bridging business and technology to continuously evolve and optimize our financial closing platform. You will help design and implement new features, validate critical business processes, and provide direct support to global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with global business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Act as a critical voice to challenge over-engineered solutions and promote simplicity using standard system components.
  • Become a subject matter expert for technology financial processes.
  • Support changes and enhancements from concept through testing and go-live.
  • Contribute to quarterly financial closing operations, incident management, and documentation.
  • Educate and support the global user community.

About You:

Requirements:
  • Degree in a technical, financial, or business field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT.
  • Strong experience with product changes and operations (process standardization, documentation, testing).
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
  • Willingness to learn scripting for test case automation.

  • Experience with technology platforms.
  • Understanding of financial regulations.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
