NxtWave, a leading player in India's education sector, is poised for rapid expansion. To drive this growth, we are seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to spearhead our revenue initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies, including sales plans, pricing, and strategic partnerships. This role is crucial for bridging the skills gap and empowering students nationwide.

Salary:$180,000 - $280,000 per annum

Job Description

The Head of Revenue will lead sales and growth teams, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends and customer needs to drive new growth opportunities, tracking and optimizing key revenue metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets, and collaborating with leadership to track KPIs related to revenue growth and conversion rates. The successful candidate will also ensure sales teams communicate effectively with diverse regions, including multiple Indian languages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing large P&L responsibilities, optimising financial performance, and driving profitability.
- Strong expertise in driving large-scale revenue across product portfolios with successful 10X growth across Pan-India operations.
- Experience in both B2C and B2B sales, adapting strategies to dynamic markets.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams of more than 500 resources, driving alignment and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in multiple Indian languages and deep cultural understanding for effective communication across regions.
