As a seasoned sales development professional, you will play a vital role in navigating relationships with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities through referrals, phone calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales opportunities by engaging CXO/VP level contacts in the North America Enterprise Segment using LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services through consultative conversations, conducting deep account research to pinpoint economic and functional buyers.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities through repeatable nurture motions.
  • Ensure accurate updates and maintenance of Hubspot CRM and various other marketing systems.
  • Arrange discovery meetings between customer contacts and sales executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-7 years of business development/inside sales experience.
Essential Abilities
  • BD/inside sales experience with a consistent track record of setting up discovery calls and creating qualified opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience working in the North America Market (SAAS/CX/EX Space).
  • A thorough understanding of both the Sales & Marketing Funnel.
  • Open to work in North America Shift timings.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other tools like 6Sense, Outreach.io, Loom, Orum etc.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's in business administration or equivalent.
