Key Responsibilities:">- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
- Engage in targeted cold calling, referrals, and networking to establish a strong customer base.
- Present the benefits of our Antiseptic Disinfectant Liquid (ASDL) product, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Support customers by providing product literature and test certificates as required.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel to ensure consistent monthly conversions and expand the customer base.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Travel extensively to meet customers regularly, ensuring a strong presence in the designated geography.
- Identify and assign distributors, manage inventory levels, and prepare regular sales reports.
- 1-2 years of experience or an MBA Marketing fresher from a Tier 2/3 campus.
- Excellent communication skills in local languages, Hindi, and English.
- A neat and presentable appearance.
- Must have their own vehicle.
- Strong abilities in cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
