We are looking for a talented and dedicated Quality Assurance IPQA professional to join our dynamic team.

As a Quality Assurance IPQA at Medoz Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our oral solid dosage forms throughout the production process. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections at various stages of production.
- Monitor and verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and report deviations from quality standards and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the validation of processes and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and review of batch records and production documents.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in quality and process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections and findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) or Pharmacy (B.Pharma).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance IPQA within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oral solid dosage forms.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
