**Position**:Supplier Quality Assurance (AM/DM)
**Experience**: 6 years or above in **Auto parts manufacturing** in **supplier quality**
**Qualification**: Diploma/B.Tech

**Job Location**: Baddi - Himachal Pradesh

**Technical Skills Competencies**:QMS HSE Supplier Audits Validation, Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, and IATF16949

**Certified Internal Auditor, Supplier audits on Casting, Forging, Plastic and Rubber Parts Good communication skills.**

**Areas of Expertise**:

- Responsible for supplier Audits.
- Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP).
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirement.
- Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues.
- Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issue.
- Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities
- Monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance understanding any commercial issues and impacts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
