**Job Summary**:
The Quality Incharge is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of products and processes in the manufacturing setup. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control Management**: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- **Inspection and Testing**: Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- **Training**: Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and procedures to promote a culture of quality.
- **Problem Solving**: Investigate quality issues and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- **Supplier Quality Management**: Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials supplied by vendors, and work with them to resolve quality issues.
- **Reporting**: Prepare quality reports and present findings to management for review and decision-making.
- **Audits**: Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance and quality performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BSC, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams..

**Working Conditions**:

- Manufacturing environment with exposure to production floor activities.
- May require extended hours during peak production periods.
