Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry As a Technical Trainer you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites Your responsibilities will include Training Program Development Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Create engaging content presentations and hands-on workshops Training Delivery Conduct training sessions for engineers technicians and maintenance staff Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance equipment calibration and safety protocols Unit Operations Expertise In-depth understanding of engineering processes e g HVAC systems utilities instrumentation And process equipment maintenance Familiarity with maintenance practices including predictive and corrective maintenance Quality and Compliance Emphasize adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices GMPs and safety regulations Monitor compliance during training delivery Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field Proven experience in technical training or engineering roles Excellent communication and presentation skills Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment
