Job Opportunity

You will play a vital role in shaping the workplace culture at a dynamic organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and support various functions across recruitment, employee engagement, office events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
       Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
       Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
       Manage onboarding formalities and induction process for new hires.
  • HR Operations & Generalist Tasks:
       Maintain employee records and HRIS databases.
       Draft offer letters, contracts, and HR communication.
       Support with attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
       Assist in compliance-related documentation.
  • Employee Engagement & Events:
       Plan and execute internal employee events, birthdays, team-building activities, and celebrations.
       Create and maintain an employee-friendly office culture.
       Collect feedback and assist with initiatives to boost employee morale.
  • Internal Communication & PR:
       Help manage the company's internal communication channels.
       Support social media content creation and posting for HR and employer branding initiatives.
       Liaise with external agencies/vendors for event and PR coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
  • Positive attitude, people-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Willingsness to work flexible hours.
