About the Opportunity

Basket Hunt Academy has launched a program designed to guide students and fresh graduates in gaining real-world exposure, improving their professional skills, and preparing for industry opportunities through structured internship programs.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who will assist with various tasks, support scheduling and coordination of interviews, help with onboarding new interns/employees, conduct feedback sessions, contribute to employee engagement and team-building activities, maintain records, and collaborate with the HR team and management on day-to-day operations.

Skills Required

  • Fine communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A basic knowledge of Human Resources concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently approach.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing an MBA in HR is advantageous.
  • A laptop/PC with stable internet connection is required.
  • Availability for a 3-month remote internship is necessary.
