We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader to lead our Tools & Frameworks Team in the Observability & Reliability Organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for improving efficiency and streamlining build-test pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of technical management experience, leading software engineers while remaining hands-on with software development, test automation, and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of software development experience in Python, Golang, or similar languages, with expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and developer tooling.
  • Proven ability to manage projects throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Deep understanding of automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable build-test automation.
