Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineering leader to drive technical innovation and strategic growth across our organization. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams of software developers, engineers, and architects to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge software applications.

  • Lead and mentor senior software engineers, providing guidance on technical decisions, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define technical requirements and create scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project delivery timelines through regular code reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best-fit solutions to drive innovation and growth.
  • Participate in project estimation, planning, and risk management activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
  • Strong expertise in microservices architecture.
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful API design, OOP principles, asynchronous programming, exception handling.
  • Familiarity with Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Redis Cache, ABP Framework, Bootstrap.
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, EKS, Lambda).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
