Job Title: Senior Engineering Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading and coaching high-performing engineers in building innovative features and capabilities for our Workspace ONE UEM platform.

In this role, you will foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and respectful dialogue among your team members. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions that meet the needs of our users.

You will provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software that meets the highest standards of quality and security. You will champion engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and coach a team of high-performing engineers focused on building innovative features and capabilities for our Workspace ONE UEM platform.
  2. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and respectful dialogue among team members.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
  4. Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-grade software.
  5. Champion engineering excellence through continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and team practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep hands-on experience in software development, particularly in C#.Net, SQL Server/Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong architectural and design skills for scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
  • Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, including hands-on CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with distributed, global teams.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience managing large-scale production deployments.
  • Hands-on using Kafka, micro-services, and other cloud design patterns.
  • Hands-on RESTful API design, including API versioning, backwards compatibility, authentication and rate limiting.
