• With a keen eye for strategic direction, this individual will provide technical guidance and performance reviews to drive the structural team and consultant towards excellence.

Project Management and Execution

• This seasoned professional will oversee structural engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within quality and cost parameters. Scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation are key responsibilities.

• Skilled in stakeholder management, the ideal candidate will coordinate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conducting technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and risk assessments will be integral to the success of ongoing projects.

Structural Design and Analysis

• As a respected leader in structural design, this individual will oversee the development of structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures. In-depth knowledge of engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC) is crucial.

• Validating design assumptions and methodologies against international and local standards will ensure compliance and optimal structural systems.

• Optimization of structural systems and materials will be a key focus area.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

• As the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters, effective communication and interpersonal skills are paramount.

• Participation in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings will be essential to project success.

• The ability to prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through appointed consultants will showcase expertise.
