Software Quality Assurance Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to lead our QA team and drive the implementation of best-in-class testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, quality assurance methodologies, and leadership.

  • Define test scope and plans to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure quality and manage test effort
  • Manage and mentor the QA team to optimize resources and provide training
  • Select and optimize testing tools and frameworks to automate testing
  • Develop automation frameworks to increase test coverage
  • Monitor test execution and progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate status updates and coordinate efforts
  • Identify and mitigate risks to prepare for schedule delays and address tester issues
Requirements and Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools, including Selenium and Python
  • Test management tool experience, including Jira and Quality Center
  • Analytical and leadership abilities to identify defects, track metrics, and lead a team
  • Education in Computer Science or related field, and certifications such as ISTQB/ISEB or CSQA/CSQE are a plus
