Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the success of our engineering team.

  • About the Role:
  • Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering technical growth and accountability while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals, driving customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
  • Maintain high-quality software development through architectural guidance, code reviews, and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development efficiency.
  • Build a high-trust, collaborative team culture that aligns with company values, driving employee engagement and retention.
  • Work with leadership to continuously evolve engineering processes, tools, and best practices as the team scales, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Leverage technology to drive business outcomes, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  • Experience in using AI/ML tools to enhance product capabilities or improve development workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as supply chain, manufacturing, or life sciences is a plus.
