Job Overview:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction as an Endpoint System Engineer (3-5 Years). Your responsibilities include providing timely technical assistance, solving complex issues, and empowering clients with effective solutions.

We're seeking a motivated and customer-centric Endpoint System Engineer (3+ Years) to join our dynamic team. As the front line of customer experience, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their device management challenges, IT infrastructure, security requirements, and long-term goals.
  • Handle technical inquiries from clients, providing recommendations for specific configurations, integrations, or workflows.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our product, working closely with other teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams for resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of our unified endpoint management product.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications

You should have hands-on experience with MDM / UEM solutions such as AirWatch, SOTI MobiControl, or Microsoft Intune.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 3-6 years of experience in the IT / cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM, UEM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.
  • Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational skills: manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player mentality: thrive in a collaborative environment and support colleagues.

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Experience in network security and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies.
