About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint System Administrator to join our IT team. As an Endpoint System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for endpoint management, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying and managing operating systems, configurations, and applications, ensuring endpoint security through compliance with company standards, patching, and other measures.

The scope of this role includes but is not limited to all endpoints of the organization. You will work closely with your peers on different transformation projects and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for endpoint management
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Deploy and manage operating systems, configurations, and applications
  • Ensure endpoint security through compliance with company standards, patching, and other measures

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge solving endpoint issues and incidents (Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Technical knowledge and experience administering Intune in terms of device management and configurations/security policies/compliance policies/autopilot
  • Technical knowledge in SCCM. OS Deployment, Software deployment, and reporting through SCCM
  • Working with 'Service now' (or similar) and Change Management process
  • Technical knowledge in the administration of AD Users and Computers and the configuration of GPOs
  • Experience in developing, testing, and deploying enterprise software packages to all corporate users including non-Microsoft applications
  • Experience in deployment of Operating System Security Patches and version upgrades using Intune
  • Experience in building Microsoft Windows OS images for overall company deployment
  • Experience in hardware drivers as part of Windows Image packaging and deployment
  • Experience managing Hybrid environment (On-prem + Entra ID joined devices)
  • Nice to have knowledge regarding VDI management
