
Program Manager

We seek an accomplished project coordinator to oversee and direct the end-to-end execution of projects within our manufacturing unit.
The ideal candidate will coordinate between various teams, including design, production, procurement, and installation, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Initiation:
- Determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Present proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.
- Design Coordination:
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
- Evaluate design specifications against client requirements and budget constraints.
- Oversee the creation of technical drawings and documentation.
- Budget & Cost Control:
- Establish and manage project budgets.
- Approve procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
- Mitigate cost variations and ensure financial targets are met.
- Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes.
- Construction & Installation Oversight:
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, workers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and address issues promptly.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Address and rectify non-conformance issues.
- Schedule & Timeline Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones and final delivery.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular status updates and reports.
- Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks.
- Develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address unforeseen issues.
- Post-Project Closeout:
- Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals.
- Ensure proper handover of documentation, warranties, and manuals.
- Gather client feedback and conduct post-occupancy evaluations.
- Strong understanding of steel structures and furniture concepts.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Any relevant degree related to this profile.
- At least 5 years of experience in a design or technical support role, preferably in the modular furniture manufacturing industry.
