Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences
As a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages, with a strong understanding of micro mortgage products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective relationship management and sales techniques.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions that meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex client relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Experience in relationship management and sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
