
IT Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and developer placement for our remote IT resource outsourcing company. This full-time role requires a strong background in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition, with 4-7 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry, particularly in the India and USA markets, and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities include identifying and connecting with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies, pitching our remote developers, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Pitch Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring (not projects).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
- Participate in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales cycles, independently managing multiple clients and projects, and contributing to the growth and development of our rapidly scaling business.
