We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is located in Gurugram and involves generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate will have Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management skills, experience in Sales and Business Development, and strong Negotiation skills. They should also have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and preferably experience in the telecommunications or technology industry. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is also a plus.
