Job Description

As a finance professional, you will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance and statutory filings. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide efficient business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support. Key responsibilities include assisting in company incorporation, preparing documentation for registrations and approvals, tracking application status, and guiding clients on statutory obligations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to maintain financial records, ensure adherence to accounting standards, and identify process improvements for operational efficiency. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports, address client queries, and provide support on filings and legal procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Guide clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.

We are seeking a motivated individual with a graduate or post-graduate degree in commerce who possesses basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act. Experience working with compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers, and documentation is also preferred.
