About the Role

We seek a skilled professional to undertake key quality assurance responsibilities within our ServiceNow project.

  • Develop detailed test plans and cases based on business requirements, functional and design documents.
  • Execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Compile comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases and results.
  • Identify, document and report defects found during testing.
  • Coordinate with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks in ServiceNow.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Knowledge:
  • ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD and CSM.
  • Testing integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
Personal Qualities:
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile methodology environment.
Requirements
  • 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Certified ServiceNow Admin certification.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA degree.
