Smartsheet Administrator Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting capabilities. Hands-on experience with Smartsheet-Jira integrations is also required.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create customized dashboards for business intelligence and data collection.
  • Configure and manage Smartsheet-Jira integrations.
  • Develop advanced reports for analytics and executive-level visibility.
  • Administer Smartsheet platform users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
  • Implement automated workflows, notifications, and approvals within Smartsheet.
  • Evaluate and maintain governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide training and support to users on dashboard adoption.
  • Analyze opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics using Smartsheet features.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet-Jira integrations.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Smartsheet Certified Administrator or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with integrations involving Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, or ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
