Job Title: Sr. Creative Strategist

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch presentations.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns or narration of scripts.
  • Ensure creative work meets award-winning standards and explore opportunities for recognition through awards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead for overall direction, feedback, and references.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure a smooth process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines.
  • Present throughout the production process from idea to final product upload.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, target audiences, and client needs.
