Teaching Position
  • This faculty appointment offers an opportunity to engage in academic activities, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures, workshops, and tutorials aligned with the curriculum.
  • They will also develop course materials, assignments, and assessments that meet academic standards.
  • Additional responsibilities include engaging with students during office hours or scheduled sessions for mentoring and academic support.
  • Collaboration with full-time faculty is expected to participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • The ability to assess student performance and provide timely feedback is essential.
  • Supporting academic events, guest lectures, and industry collaborations is also a key aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or PhD in the relevant discipline is required.
  • Significant professional experience and/or academic expertise in the subject area is necessary.
  • Proven teaching experience, preferably in higher education, is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this position.
  • The ability to engage and motivate students is critical.
  • Flexibility to work within the academic calendar and schedules is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Published research or industry contributions are desirable.
  • Experience with online or hybrid teaching methods is also preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
