Job Title: Senior System Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our Supply Chain systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, IT support, and supply chain solutions. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to translate technical details into user-friendly explanations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Serve as the immediate technical contact for all locations that use Supply Chain systems, handling calls and chats and documenting all interactions.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators.
  • Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within Supply Chain systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar supply chain solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting infrastructure and software systems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
