Job Description:

Solution consultants play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations by designing and implementing effective supply chain planning solutions for clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This role involves working remotely, with occasional business travel.

Solution consultants collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure tailored supply chain planning solutions. They translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and measurable value from client investments.

The solution consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success by collaborating with senior solution consultants and solution architects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working directly with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborating with project teams to configure solutions
  • Configuring RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality
  • Supporting solution architects in designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices
  • Validating and testing solutions, capturing user feedback, and supporting data management and integration activities
Required Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • An academic degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or operations research, with an excellent academic record
  • Certification as a solution consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are desirable
  • The ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to meet expected functionalities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
