About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet business objectives
  • SOURCE AND EVALUATE SUPPLIERS TO ENSURE BEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and optimize inventory turnover
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
